Since 1952, Paesanella has made fresh ricotta, bufalo mozzarella, burrata and other cheeses, and stocks its Marrickville Road emporium with gourmet products selected for Italian food lovers. The attached café is an Italian kitchen that cooks with the house-made products, serving hot food alongside the counter of cheeses. Cheese production covers ricotta, mozzarella, mascarpone and other fresh varieties.
