Winemaker John Schuts came to Tasmania via Burgundy and Derwent Estate, drawn by Pinot Noir and the Coal River Valley's particular conditions. Fifth-generation viticulturist Andrew Hanigan manages the vines, with a focus on achieving consistent skin-contact results. The cellar door at Richmond pours daily from 10am.
