Chris Raidis left Greece and spent decades growing tomatoes, lettuces and strawberries in Coonawarra's Terra Rossa before son Steven joined him to plant vines in 1990. Now Steven and wife Emma run the cellar door together, with Chris still tending the vines. The wines are made to be opened at a table, not studied.
