Anna and Billy cycled from Alaska to Central America in 2014, visiting every brewery along the way. Four years later, they opened this Tarrawanna taproom under the Illawarra escarpment, where the bar is milled from Blue Mountains radiata pine and a custom Rube Goldberg-style brewhouse pours across 11 taps. Mexican food, a dog-friendly beer garden, and a locals-first ethos complete the picture.
