Twelve waterfront suites at the head of Macquarie Harbour, on the site of the 1889 Risby Brothers' sawmill. Acquired by Jacinta Young in 2023 and renovated end-to-end — the new bar top is Huon pine salvaged from Strahan's original jetty, the dining tables are fire-finished Tasmanian oak. Some suites have cedar hot tubs, others have private infrared saunas. The restaurant is open for dinner only and remains the strongest dining option in Strahan.
