Norris and Marcia Lewis opened this Rosalie Village deli in 1997, before gourmet grocers and Sunday trading had caught on in Brisbane. Rae Gough took it over after years in London, where Borough Market shaped her taste, and the shop has since doubled into the space next door. It stocks over 3,000 lines, from cheese and charcuterie to edible flowers and fresh winter truffles, with a kitchen turning out take-home meals.
