Canberra's much-loved vegan cafe and bakery, started in 2011 by Emily and Russell Brindley baking for other people's cafes before opening their own, and now settled into a single home in Scullin. Banana bread, sinnerbuns and good coffee are the drawcards, backed by a kitchen that also turns out custom cakes and wholefoods.
