Longterm friends Francis Dela Cruz, Aileen Aguirre and Lesley Roque have turned their love of Filipino food into a combined venture. The result is one of Sydney's more ambitious Filipino menus, working native Australian ingredients into traditional recipes, with a hibachi going over coals. The cocktails draw on Philippine history too, with lambanog, a Filipino distilled spirit, turning up in the glass.
