Dave Purcell grew up on a Batlow orchard and still sources his apples locally, using only pure fruit juice — never concentrate. At 800 metres above sea level, the sub-alpine climate does most of the work. The cider house pours both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties, all 100% fruit.
