Ruth Bruten's working studio sits inside her family's olive grove in the Strzelecki Ranges — Uliveto Cinque Cento, which also produces cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and handmade guitars, drums, and chairs. The Gallery of Good, which Bruten started in 2020, runs pottery classes and live music from the same property. About 70 minutes from Melbourne.
