Two Roman women ran this cottage on Canobolas Road for twenty-five years before one of them handed it to her niece. Kelly Picchio kept the name and the room and brought in Simonn Hawke, who cooked at Lolli Redini. The kitchen is open to the dining room, the menu leans foraged and paddock to plate, and it sits out among the vineyards rather than in town, which is the point.
