Six generations deep, Stephen Chambers makes Muscat and Muscadelle from vines planted in 1901 on a 2000-acre sheep farm at the edge of Rutherglen. The cellar door is loose and unhurried — you might watch bottling happen while you taste. Robert Parker called the fortifieds national treasures. He wasn't wrong.
