Daniel and Melanie Leesong's farm at Cambridge, 25 minutes from Hobart in the Coal River Valley. Chocolate and cheese are made on site and visible through the production windows. A restaurant on the property runs a seasonal menu from local Tasmanian produce, with views across the valley to the vineyards. Open daily. The Leesongs also operate retail stores in Hobart, Launceston (under the Cocobean Chocolate name), Melbourne and Fremantle, but the farm is the production site and the place to visit.
