Launceston's first brewpub grew out of a spilled beer on the Du Cane Range — brewer Will Horan's founding story, which now names both the venue and its Peak Pils. The kitchen runs a wood-fired Italian pizza oven; the beer is all-Tasmanian. Think muddy boots welcome, families expected, and a room that takes its cues from the trailhead rather than the tap room.
