A National Trust–listed building centred on a handcrafted Tasmanian Blackwood staircase (crafted in England, installed 1904). The restaurant operates in a traditional dining room; the bar opens from 11am weekdays, noon Sundays. Full-service venue with 24 accommodation rooms, bottle shop, and gaming.
