Hunted+Gathered has made chocolate from the bean in Melbourne since 2014, working single-origin cacao from the Dominican Republic that is certified organic and Fair for Life. The line is built around bars, single-origin darks across a range of percentages, milk blends, slabs, drinking and cooking chocolate, spreads and chocolate-coated nuts. The Gertrude Street shop in Fitzroy is the place to taste and buy in person, with the full range online and a subscription for working through the bars.
