Vines first planted in the 1930s still produce fruit here — low-yielding old-timers that underpin Jarrah Ridge's better bottles. Jimmy Wong and Mark Morton took over in 2013, adding export labels like Zin and Old Wood alongside the core range. The cellar door also stocks marinated olives and local cheese. Roses planted at each row end still serve as the vineyard's early-warning system for mildew.
