The 1859 shearing shed is the bones of it — vast, timber-framed, heritage-listed. Around it, a recreated 19th-century station village fills out the picture: blacksmith, Clydesdales, whip cracking, sheep dogs. Volunteer guides carry the yarns. Billy tea and damper at the Damper Kitchen. Thirty minutes west of Toowoomba on the Warrego Highway; $12 adult entry.
