The co-op model means money flows back to the people who grow and make the goods, and the shelves shift week to week rather than holding a fixed range. Craft and art from the district round things out. Open Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, it reads like a barometer of what's ripe across the valley, a providore with a genuine sense of place.
