A Swan Valley nougat maker working from a recipe carried across generations from the Romeo family's home town of Taurianova in southern Italy, now adapted to Australian honey, almonds, macadamias and pistachios. The Herne Hill factory outlet lets you watch the nougat being made through a viewing window, with a café serving gelato and hot chocolate alongside more than twenty varieties. You'll also find their stall trading down at Fremantle Markets.
