Roger Morgan planted Cabernet Sauvignon on these north-facing Seville slopes in 1971. Simon and Michele Gunther, who bought the property in 2009, have since added a distillery producing gin and vodka from fermented local whey and estate grapes. The cellar door pairs the wines with cheese against views over the Warburton Valley. The hare on the label is Michele's late father's signature.
