Quiet Mutiny is the personal project of Greer Carland, a Tasmanian winemaker who has worked across the Americas, France and three Australian states, made trophy Rieslings at Canberra's International Riesling Challenge, and been a Young Gun of Wine Top 50 finalist three years running. She also makes her family's Laurel Bank wines; under her own flag come Pinot Noir, Syrah, Riesling and vermouth from southern Tasmania. The name is borrowed from Charlotte Badger, held to be Australia's first female pirate.
