After 30 years making wine at other people's labels, Rob Dolan turned his Yarra Valley grower relationships into his own operation. The Black Label range — experimental, cellar-door-only, varying vintage to vintage — sits alongside the flagship White Label and small-batch Signature Series. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the backbone, but Cabernet Franc and a Blanc de Blancs signal a winemaker still testing limits.
