Sandhurst Ridge vineyard sits on the volcanic plains of Marong, in the Bendigo region's cooler slopes. The property produces Sauvignon Blanc, rosé, and Bendigo Shiraz. Winemaker Chris Dilworth works with the new custodians; the cellar also holds the final vintage from previous owner Paul Greblo.
