Fifty-five hectares of dry-grown vines on steep, east-facing dolomite slopes nearly 500 metres above sea level — Skillogalee's Skilly Valley site has been hand-pruned since the early 1970s. Riesling is the reference point, alongside Shiraz, Gewürztraminer and old-vine Grenache. Low yields, minimal intervention, and a cool-night climate that holds acidity long into the bottle.
