Five generations of the same family have been growing apples in this Tasmanian valley since 1908. The cidery at 6 Melrose Road pours fresh on-site — tasting paddles, seasonal releases, ginger beer — alongside a daily lunch kitchen that runs to 3:30pm (Fridays until 7). Weekly live music and an annual solstice bonfire keep the calendar full.
