The Colliver family has farmed this Yorke Peninsula block since 1872. Sam and Olivia now run a distillery alongside it, growing the wheat that goes into their vodka and gin, and sending barley to Barossa Valley Craft Malt before it returns to be mashed and laid into cask. Spent grain feeds a neighbour's pigs. The circularity is matter-of-fact rather than marketed.
