Kane Pollard runs Topiary out of a 140-year-old house inside Newman's Nursery, on the edge where Adelaide's north-east becomes the Hills foothills. The Graze tasting menu — general or plant-based — works through what's seasonal, foraged or made on site that week; the lunch menu is small plates that change often. Sourdough baked daily, eggs from local growers, locally roasted coffee, Adelaide Hills sparkling. Seven days, daytime only.
