Willie Smith'sOrganic Cider

Four generations on from Willie Smith's first plantings in 1888, the family still harvests from that original Huon Valley orchard. The Apple Shed on the Huon Highway is where you drink the results — core ciders from Gold (3.5%) to Bone Dry (6.5%), limited heritage blends in 750ml bottles, and apple brandy distilled on-site.
