Established by the Kirby family in 1998 in Tuerong, at the northern end of the Mornington Peninsula, this vineyard grows single-vineyard chardonnay and pinot noir under winemaker Tom Carson, whose Block 1 Pinot Noir became the first pinot to take the Jimmy Watson Trophy. The cellar door pours daily from 10am to 4pm, and head chef Michael Gwizdek cooks seasonal lunch fare like steak frites and confit duck leg.
