Chuck Hahn spent decades brewing for other people. This St Peters taproom is the brewery his son built so he could finally brew for himself. The range runs classic and deliberate — pilsner, hefeweizen, radler, amber, two IPAs — with a tap room set up for long afternoons: bar stools, lounge areas, terrace, and old-fashioned games for when the afternoon gets away from you.
