Nicole Adams has worked with clay since she was 15, when a year 10 art project set the course. At her Bruny Island studio she wheel-throws, slab-builds, coils, and slipcasts — mixing her own glazes for functional and sculptural work shaped, unmistakably, by the island's Nuenonne country.
