Perched above the Tamar River at Gravelly Beach, Stoney Rise makes minimal-intervention cool-climate wines and pours them in a tasting room worth the detour. The setting does a lot of the work — kanamaluka stretching out below, quiet and unhurried — but the wines hold their own.
