Karin and Shane Spencer started as independent bottlers — Tasmanian Whisky Selectors, 2016 — before acquiring a bush property on Bogan Road in the foothills of Quamby Bluff. Now they distil on-site using Bennie, a 1,600-litre pot still, and wait. The land is registered as Land for Wildlife. Tastings and distillery tours are available by arrangement.
