The PialligoBakesmith

The Pialligo Bakesmith is the second bakery from Natalie van den Bosch and Peter Cook, who ran Gungahlin's Le Bon Melange for five years before taking over the vacated Farm Shop Cafe space on Beltana Road in late 2023. Natalie's pastry program leads — cinnamon buns (the signature, also served as French toast), focaccia, housemade viennoiserie, lemon meringue tarts, raspberry danishes, old-style doughnuts — alongside a brunch menu and Seven Miles coffee. The cottage and garden setting sits in the Pialligo growing strip near the airport, surrounded by Bison Homewares and Pink Flamingo Interiors. Open seven days, 8am to 4pm.
