Rum made from freshly crushed cane juice — not molasses — harvested seasonally between July and November from sugarcane grown along the north-east Australian coastal plain. No additives, no added sugar. The style even has a name Husk trademarked: Australian Cultivated Rum. On a working farm outside Tumbulgum, Northern Rivers.
