Janette and Neil have been making goat cheese on their dairy farm in Lidsdale, west of Lithgow, for years. They milk their own herd, make everything from scratch — fresh chèvre, white-mould-ripened buche blanc and buche noir, fetta, ricotta, kefir, yoghurt, and a semi-hard aged cheddar-style cheese they've named Lidsdale after the village. Licensed to sell raw unpasteurised goat milk. Farm shop and goat-meeting cheese tastings on Fridays and Saturdays.
